A savory twist on the classic Bloody Mary, boosted with beef bone broth for extra depth, protein, and collagen.

Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz) can San Marzano peeled tomatoes
  • 1 cup Butcher’s Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 ½ cups vodka
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 Tbsp horseradish, grated
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp celery seeds, ground
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Celery stalks, for garnish
  • Pickled green beans, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, beef bone broth, vodka, lime juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire, celery seeds, pepper, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Fill glasses with ice.
  3. Pour mixture into glasses.
  4. Garnish with celery stalks, pickled green beans, and lime wedges.

As long as the flavor is consistent, the benefits are still there—just with a slightly different texture.
